General sales conditions

Each booking of a trip with L’Atelier du Voyage implies that the client has thoroughly read the pages of this website and the sales documents and is aware of the programme and services offered, the general sales conditions, the particular conditions and the price of the trip dans.
The general sales conditions apply to all trips organised by L’Atelier du Voyage. A booking on behalf of a client implies that he agrees with these conditions.
At the time the trips are put on line, the real conditions cannot be considered definitive. The conditions and pricprices are constantly updated on the website, and can be communicated on receipt of an email sent to the following address : contact@latelierduvoyagemaroc.com. L’Atelier du Voyage are contractually committed to deliver all services men at the prevailing prices and conditions (30) days before the beginning of the trip.

Bookings

The payment of the deposit or the totality of the trip in accordance with the terms of the invoice, certifies that the client accepts the programme and services of the trip that he wants to join, as well as the general and particular conditions of laid down by L’Atelier du Voyage. Clients wishing to book by telephone will be sent a form to fill in and return signed.

Aptitude and dietary requirements

Trips organised by L’Atelier du Voyage are accessible to everyone. However, all persons who suffer from chronic illnesses, (hypertension, diabetes, heart problems…) or those under medical treatment must mention these on the pre-registration form so that the course-leaders can take them into account during practical sessions.
L’Atelier du Voyage will not be held responsible if a client has a health problem following practical sessions, even if he has given given his health details in the booking form. The course-leader is the only person responsible for the teachings given during the course and for the particularities of the participants.
For the client’s comfort and that of the group, L’Atelier du Voyage has the right to refuse any participants i the whose health is considered to be incompatible with the practice of the discipline..
L’Atelier du Voyage will not take responsibility in case false health information is given.
L’Atelier du Voyage will try their best but cannot guarantee that diets are respected.

Formalities

Clients are required to hold all documents demanded by the police, customs or health authorities in Morocco.de dou; L’Atelier du Voyage can under no circumstance bear any costs of cancellations caused by documents not being obtained in time.

Programme of the trips

The trips usually take place according to the programme presented on the website or in the sales documents. However, some changes may have to be made in case of constraints beyond our control (delayed flights, climatic conditions, etc).
Times are not mentioned in the programmes in order to bring flexiblity and adaptablity to each group. However, the length of each session is mentioned and will be respected except for cases of absolute necessity.

Accommodation

The places of accommodation are given as an indication. They can be replaced by establishments of equivalent category: such a change gives no right to any compensation. par des établissements de catégorie équivalente sans que cette modification ouvre droit à un quelconque dédommagement.

Teachers

In case of unavailability, the course-leader mentioned in the website or in the sales documents may be replaced by another course-leader whom L’Atelier du Voyage considers to be of equivalent competence. Such changes that may occur cannot be accepted as a reason for cancellation and no compensation can be claimed.

Size of the groups

Unless mentioned otherwise, the maximum number of participants in a group is fifteen (15). In case this number is exceptionally exceeded, a compensation will be calculated based on redemption of the cost of the course-leader and the transfers and paid to all participants at the beginning of the course.

Journey before the departure and on return from


the workshop trip

It is recommended to buy changeable and/or refundable services (air fare, hotel etc) and to allow sufficient time for transfers to and from airportts/stations ;
If a case of force majeure occurs that will change the services planned by L’Atelier du Voyage, L’Atelier du Voyage ne will not reimburse the costs that are incurred.

Cancellation of trip by l’Atelier du Voyage

All trips will be carried out with a minimum of six (6) participants for short stays and eight (8) participants for the other trips. The cancellation of a trip due to insufficient participants will take place at the latest thirty (30) days before the start of the trip. In this case, the client can either – carry forward his booking to a trip on the same or a different theme at a later date and leave monies already paid as an account in order to have a 3% discount on the future trip - or be reimbursed monies already paid without any claim to compensation by either party.
L’Atelier du Voyage will, in no circumstance, cover any subsidiary costs already paid (transport, hotel ...).

Case of force majeure

In case of political, sanitary or natural catastrophes, L’Atelier du Voyage may be obliged to cancel or postpone a trip at the last moment. In this case, the conditions are the same as for the cancellation of a trip due to insufficient numbers. No indemnity or further compensation will be due.

Limits of responsibility of L’Atelier du Voyage

L’Atelier du Voyage can in no circumstance be held responsible for unexpected expenses that may be occur as a result of fortuitous events beyond our control : bad weather, illness, epidemics, strikes, quarantines, war etc.
In these cases, the client is liable to lose all or part of his trip.
If a client cuts short a trip he cannot claim any reimbursement.
Likewise, a client who does not turn up for a transfer or forgoes, for whatever reason, any of the services included in the trip he has booked, cannot claim reimbursement.
L’Atelier du Voyage cannot be held responsible in case of medical assistance or repatriation during the trip ; insurance is not included in the package.
L’Atelier du Voyage recommends clients to take out cancellation and repatriation insurance.

Every programme has a section entitled « Services included » and another entitled « Services not incuded »

Revision of prices

The prices of trips are established on the basis of economic data in force (hotels, transport, etc……..). They are updated thirty (30) days before the beginning of the trip.
If by chance an unforseeable variation in a cost factor should occur, l’Atelier du Voyage would be obliged to revise their price and would inform the clients who have already booked. The latter can either accept the price increase or withdraw their booking at no cost. In case a client does not respond within eight (8) days, he is presumed to have accepted the new price. prix.

Terms of payment

In case of payment of a trip by bank card via the website, L’Atelier du Voyage uses the platform Maroc Télécommerce.
In this respect, L’Atelier du Voyage disclaims all responsibility of Maroc Télécommerce regarding the final transaction concluded with the client : Maroc Télécommerce only plays the role of administrator of the order and interface with the payment system. syS

Conditions For options

Options offered for the trips (single room, accompanying person not practicing the discipline) are subject to availability ment.

Pre-booking payment conditions

A booking can only be considered definitive until L’Atelier du Voyage have validated the completed pre-booking form du and the deposit has been paid.
At the time of booking, a deposit amounting to 35% of the total price of the trip has to be paid.
The balance should be sent to L’Atelier du Voyage at the latest forty-five (45) days before the departure date without any reminder from the agency. In case this balance is not paid forty-five (45) days before departure, L’Atelier du Voyage can consider the booking to be cancelled at the normal cancellation conditions.

Conditions of cancellation by a client

Any cancellation by a client should be communicated to L’Atelier du Voyage by email to contact@latelierduvoyagemaroc.com with acknowledgment of receipt, or by recorded delivery letter.
Up to sixty-one (61) days before departure, all payments made will be reimbursed in totality after deduction of five hundred (500) dirhams per person for administrative costs which are non-refundable.
Beyond this date, a deduction will be made corresponding to a percentage of the variable invoice depending on the cancellation date :
- from 60 to 46 days before the start of the trip : 35% deduction (deposit not refunded
- from 45 to 21 days before the start of the trip : 50% deduction
- from 20 to 5 days before the beginning of the trip : 75% deduction
- less than 5 days before departure : no reimbursement

Conditions of replacement and transfer

Replacement
If a client cannot travel as planned, he can be replaced by a person of his choice as long as that person fulfills the same conditions (validation of booking and occupation of rooms).
Administrative costs of five hundred (500) dirhams per person will be charged for this operation.
Transfer
If a client wishes to change a trip he has booked for a different one, he should inform L’Atelier du Voyage at the latest forty-five (45) days before the beginning of the trip by email to the following address:
contact@latelierduvoyagemaroc.com with acknowledgment of receipt or by recorded delivery letter re If the transfer is requested more than 60 days before the beginning of the trip, the change is free of charge, if it is requested between 60 and 45 days before the beginning of the trip, administrative costs amounting to five hundred (500) dirhams per person will be invoiced for this operation.

Complaints

Before départ
If a client has a complaint to make before departure, he must send a recorded delivery letter as soon as possible to L’Atelier Voyage.
During séjour
Complaints that arise during the course of the contract should be made as quickly as possible on the spot, in an appropriate manner and may be used as proof, in order to find a solution.
To this effect, the client will speak to the representative of this
L’Atelier du Voyage who is present during the trip.

After séjour

Complaints that are not possible to lodge on the spot or that have not been satisfactorily resolved on the spot should be lodged to L’Atelier du Voyage at the latest fifteen days (15) days after the end of the trip.

Litigation

The present general conditions of sale are governed by Moroccan law.

In case of litigation, only the commercial court of Casablanca will be concerned.
